Reese Witherspoon has revealed that her horse riding stunt in her new movie Water For Elephants was 'terrifying'.
The actress is back on the big screen next month with the adaptation of the Sara Gruen novel - which also stars Robert Pattinson and Christoph Waltz.
Speaking to Digital Spy the actress said: "I was riding two horses bareback, one foot on one horse and one on the other - it's called Roman riding, and it's nearly impossible. And of course they cut it out of the movie.
"I did it and they filmed it and they shot it and they left it [out] because it wasn't that attractive... It was terrifying."
Water For Elephants is the first movie for Witherspoon since comedy How Do You Know last year.
But she has already completed work on This Mean War and has been linked to Pharm Girl.
Water For Elephants is released 4th May.
