Peter Facinelli has admitted that he prefers the relationship between in Bella and Edward in the Twilight Saga over the relationship between Bella and Jacob.
Facinelli will be returning to the role of Carlisle Cullen in the final instalment of the Twilight Sage: Breaking Dawn, a project that is going to be split into two movies.
And while the actor does play the father of Edward in the movie he admits that he would still prefer the relationship between Edward and Bella if he wasn't in the movies.
"I'm Team Edward, because he's my son and I like to keep it in the family," he explained in an interview filmed for Tom's of Maine's 'New Wicked Fresh!' toothpaste.
"If I had no association with the films, I'd still be Team Edward. There's something interesting about living forever, having that eternity."
The Twilight Saga: Eclipse has enjoyed bug box office success this summer as it grossed in excess of $678 million at the global box office, however the movie did struggle with the critics.
