Penelope Cruz has revealed that she and Johnny Depp did nothing but laugh whilst shooting Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
The fourth movie in the Pirates franchise sees Cruz reunite with Depp a decade after filming Blow in what is the actresses first big budget blockbuster.
Speaking to Access Hollywood the actress said: "I missed working with him through all those years because we had a great experience... when we were shooting Blow.
"We work really well together... Now that we are friends and we know each other much more, it's so easy! The dynamic is so fluent."
"Our problem is that we cannot stop laughing," the Spanish star explained. "That can really become a problem sometimes with us... because some days we could not control ourselves.
"I always say it's a good problem to have because, in the end, that will reflect on the chemistry of [our] characters."
On Stranger Tides is the first movie that Cruz has starred in since Nine back in 2009 - although she did cameo in Sex and the City 2.
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is released 18th May.
