Ryan Gosling in Drive
Nicolas Winding Refn has hinted that Ryan Gosling's character in Drive may return to the big screen.
The pair worked together last year on the critically acclaimed movie and while Refn has ruled out a direct sequel the character could be back.
Speaking to the Evening Standard the director said: "[A sequel] is never going to happen. But the character of the Driver might return in another film.
"We're playing with that idea. We'll see what happens."
Refn will be reuniting with Gosling for his next movie project Only God Forgives - a crime thriller that will also star Kristin Scott Thomas.
The director is also set to helm a remake of Logan's Run.
