Natalie Portman has revealed that she is not opposed to nudity on film or performing necessary sex scenes for a movie.
The actress is back on the big screen in the new year in the already much talked about Black Swan, in which there is an intimate between Portman and her co-star Mila Kunis.
Speaking to V magazine the actress said: I was figuring out my own sexual identity, likes and dislikes and all that stuff, and it's weird to be doing stuff on film as you're figuring it out," she said of the experience.
"It's not raunchy - it's extreme."
And the actress admits that the internet has influenced her decision on taking on such roles in the past.
"It's annoying, because online bulls**t interferes with what I want to do artistically.
"I'm not opposed to sexuality or nudity in a film, but I'm very opposed to pornography sites and you're pretty much giving them material if you do any of that. It's always a big dilemma for me."
Black Swan is directed by Darren Aronofsky, his first movie since The Wrestler, and has an all star cast of Portman, Kunis, Winona Ryder and Vincent Cassel.
The movie has already won over the critics whilst on the festival circuit and is an early contender for the 2011 Oscars.
Black Swan is released 21st January
