Morgan Freeman has revealed that he has no ambitions to direct another movie because he is too 'lazy'.
The actor directed Bopha! back in 1993 and says that he found the process hard work and intends to stay in front of the camera.
Speaking to The Press Association the actor said: "Directing is too much work! I'm entirely too lazy for that kind of work," he said.
"I loved making my own movie, and I got it out of my system. I've got great instincts and all of that, but that's not what I do.
"I like producing and coming up with stories that I want to tell."
Freeman returns to the big screen this week with new movie Dolphin Tale, a film that has already topped the U.S. box office.
Dolphin Tale is the first movie for Freeman since Red last year, although he did narrate Conan The Barbarian this summer.
But the actor has plenty of projects in the pipeline and he has already completed work on We The People and Wish Wizard.
He is currently working on The Dark Knight Rises, where he will be reprising the role of Lucius Fox.
Dolphin Tale is released 14th October.
