Milla Jovovich has revealed that the new Resident Evil movie is going to be 'crazy'.

Resident Evil: Afterlife is the fourth movie in the franchise and sees Jovovich reprise the role Alice and Paul W.S. Anderson will be returning to the director's chair.

In an interview with Digital Spy the actress said: "It's going to be in 3-D, it's going to be crazy!" she said, noting that working in the format means she will have to change her acting style.

"I don't know much of what to expect from it, but you definitely, as an actor, have to be careful about [using your hands]," she explained. "You can't do that in 3-D, you'll have hands in people's faces. Definitely I think I'll have to adjust.

"I'm so lucky to have a franchise that's done this well and has kept me with a steady job every few years. Most actors, you don't know when your next job is going to come."

The film is expected to begin shooting in September.

The actress was in the UK this week to promote her new movie Perfect Getaway, which is released this week.
