Mike Tyson has revealed that Jamie Foxx is to play him in a new biopic.
This would be the second movie to hit the big screen about the controversial former WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight boxing champion following in the footsteps of documentary Tyson.
In an interview with MTV News Tyson said: "It's gonna be [about me]. It's gonna be Jamie Foxx portraying me in a life story. Jamie discussed the things he wanted to do.
"He didn't know which way he wanted to go, but it was something he wanted to do. He told me not to tell anybody [too much]. He's just interested in doing it."
The documentary was premiered at last year's Cannes Film Festival. Through a mixture of original interviews, archival footage and photographs, a surprisingly complex, fully-rounded human being emerges.
The film ranges from Tyson's earliest memories of growing up on the mean streets of Brooklyn through his entry into the world of boxing, including his rollercoaster ride through the funhouse of worldwide fame and his fortunes won and lost.
Foxx found major success with the biopic genre of movie when he won a Best Actor Oscar for his portrayal of Ray Charles in Ray.
