Mickey Rourke has been pictured touring a Russian prison after rumours that he is to star in the second Iron Man movie.
The actor was seen at Butyrka Prison, a high security facility in Moscow, and local media reported that he spent several hours there talking to guards and prisoners.
Last week it seemed that the actor had finally landed the role of Crimson Dynamo, the film's villain, after a long running dispute over pay.
However the film's director Jon Favreau has so far refused to comment on any casting whispers, Scarlett Johansson was also reported to be starring in the film as the Black Widow.
In an interview with Ain't It Cool New he said: "I can't confirm any casting stuff because there have been no announcements made...I'm very excited about the people that we have. There are no big surprises in casting coming that I can foresee."
Rourke really is the man of the moment after his Oscar nominated performance in The Wrestler as he will star in Killshot, The Informers, 13 and The Expendables.
Iron Man II will see Robert Downey Jr return to the role of billionaire playboy and superhero Tony Stark and Gwyneth Paltrow will reprise her role as Pepper Potts.
