Michelle Trachtenberg has broken the hearts of fans of Buffy The Vampire Slayer by insisting another movie is a bad idea.
The actress played Dawn Summers in the hit show and admits she'd like to work with creator Josh Whedon again - but not on a Buffy movie.
She tells Complex magazine, "There is a Buffy movie being talked about, and some people think they should do one.
"(But) there was a Buffy movie, that's what started it all. We had an amazing seven-year run, and at the end Buffy, the universe ended. There's not really anywhere to go."
Buffy the Vampire Slayer did start life as a movie in 1992 but was moved onto the small screen in 1997, running until 2003.
Michelle joined the sow as Dawn for the last three series. Away from the show she has juggled TV and movie roles appearing in the likes of Gossip Girl and 17 Again.
She is back on the big screen later this year with Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan in Cop Out.
