Lily James says that the struggle of her character in Fast Girls was something that really attracted her to the role.
The actress takes on the role of Lisa Temple in the new movie and she liked the pressure element that her character was under as it something that she could relate to.
The actress was on the red carpet in London to promote the movie at the premiere:
Fast Girls follows a group of female athletes as they train for success at the world championships and sees James team up with Bradley James and Lenora Crichlow.
This is only the second big screen outing for the actress as she appeared in Wrath of the Titans earlier this year.
Fast Girls is released 15th June.
