Thanos
Kevin Feige has revealed that Marvel have plans for the character of Thanos.
Thanos appeared at the end of Avengers Assemble in the post credit clip - something that Marvel have now become very famous for.
The clip showed that it was Thanos who was the mysterious driving force behind the Chitauri army and Feige hints that there are big plans afoot for the character.
Speaking to MTV Feige said: "Clearly, there's a purpose to us putting him in the end of that movie. We do have plans for him.
"I wouldn't say we ever feel the need to rush anything one way or the other. We succeeded in Phase One because we stuck to our guns and stuck to the plan. That plan took place over many, many years and it ultimately paid off.
"I see Phase Two unfolding in the same way of us taking our time, us doing what's right for each individual movie, while folding in elements that will not only build up to the culmination of Phase Two, but even Phase Three."
Just where Thanos will feature Feige did not reveal bit a second Avengers movie has been given the go ahead - it is expected to hit the big screen in 2015.
Iron Man 3 will hit the big screen next summer while filming has just begun on Thor: The Dark World. Production on a second Captain America movie will get underway next year.
