Jude Law admits that he was keen to work with Joe Wright.
The actor is back on the big screen this week in the adaptation of Anna Karenina and Law liked the vision that the director had for this movie.
Speaking on the red carpet in London earlier this week the British actor reveals that he was also bowled over by Tom Stoppard 's screenplay.
Law takes on the role of Anna Karenina's husband in the movie and it is only the second film for the actor this year after appearing in 360 earlier this summer.
Law joins an all star cast for the film as Keira Knightley, Aaron Johnson, Kelly Macdonald and Matthew Macfayden are all set to appear.
