Josh Hartnett Refuses Stuntmen....

Hollywood actor Josh Hartnett refuses to let a stuntman take over his dangerous feats on set - because he believes getting hurt is part of his job.The 29-year-old - who once braved a debilitating case of glandular fever on the set of 30 Days of Night - is so determined to pull through for a film's cast and crew that he even refuses to call in sick when plagued with an illness.His tough approach to his work also means he's never too afraid to face the challenge of a hazardous stunt He says, "I soldier on. I don't like to disappoint anyone, or let them down.I've had glandular fever and I've still gone on to the set, even though my throat was raging and my mind was saying to me, 'Hey Josh, shouldn't you have had this in your teens?' There have been times when I've broken knuckles in screen fights, and once I broke a blood vessel in my eye."But you don't quibble about that stuff, you just get on with it and accept it as part of the business - especially when you don't like using stuntmen to do your job for you".
