Josh Brolin has admitted that he didn't like the original draft of Men in Black III.
The actor is currently in talks to appear in a third Men In Black movie with Will Smith already tied to the project.
Tommy Lee Jones is also in talks to return to the franchise which hasn't been seen on the big screen since 2002.
And while Brolin didn't like the original story the actor reveals that the rewrite has made it 'f*****g great'.
Speaking to Contactmusic the actor said: "It looks really, really good. I can't tell you the story, obviously, but they pitched me the general story and I was like, 'Eh, I don't know if that's really my thing, man'.
"I was extremely grateful that they were even interested in me. But then they got more specific with the story and I go, 'Yes, that's f*****g great!
"This is a character where I feel like I can do some actual acting work within this franchise that everybody knows."
Since his role in No Country For Old Men Brolin has seen his career soar, picking up an Oscar nomination for his role in Milk last year.
He is set to return to the big screen this summer as Jonah Hex as another DC Comic character gets the big screen treatment.
He will also star in Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, which has been pushed back until September, and You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger.
