Johnny Depp has admitted that it was great bringing Keith Richards back for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
The Rolling Stones rocker first appeared as Captain Teague, Jack's father, in At World' End but will reprise the role for the fourth movie in the franchise.
Speaking to the Associated Press the actor said: "To be able to bring him back into the Pirates fold, where he most certainly belongs, was a gas.
"Just spending a couple days sharing a trailer, it was as close, I suppose, as being in a rock 'n' roll band with him as you can get."
The movie sees Depp, who picked up the screen icon award at the National Movie Awards last night, will reprise the role of Jack Sparrow for the movie.
This time around Rob Marshall and not Gore Verbinski is in the director's chair while Penelope Cruz and Ian McShane join the cast list.
Pirates of the Caribbean is released 18th May.
