Jeff Bridges believes that there will not be a second The Big Lebowski movie.
There has been talk of a possible sequel - which would see Joel and Ethan Coen bring Jeff 'The Dude' Lebowski back to the big screen.
And while Bridges admits that he would love to reprise the character he doesn't think that the Coen Brothers would do a second movie.
Speaking to Metro the actor said: "Oh, absolutely... Oh yeah, I'd do it again," he said.
"It doesn't seem like something the Coen brothers would be interested in, but then again they're always about surprising us, so who knows? Maybe they'll surprise us again."
Bridges has reunited with the Coen Brothers this week for new movie True Grit, which is a remake of the John Wayne movie.
For his central performance in the film Bridges has picked up a second consecutive Best Actor Oscar nomination - winning twelve months ago for Crazy Heart.
True Grit is released 11th February.
