Jamie Foxx is in talks to appear in drag in a forthcoming movie, playing one of the characters that helped launch his career in comedy sketch show In Living Colour.
Foxx found fame alongside Jim Carrey in the 1990s TV series, playing a variety of characters, including Wanda - an outrageous party girl.
The Oscar winner insists he would love to bring Wanda back, and admits he is in talks to take her to the big screen.
Foxx tells Moviefone.com. "I would do that in a minute... That would be great. We're actually looking into something like that."
In other news Foxx has given his manager the job of safeguarding his prestigious Oscar - because the actor is convinced his friends will try and steal it.
The Academy Award Foxx won for his portrayal of Ray Charles in 2005 movie Ray is his prized possession - and he insists it would be stolen in a second if he kept it on display at his home.
He tells Moviefone.com, "My manager keeps it in his house. I got too many people coming to my house. I don't want it to walk off. People stealing it and leaving me with an Oscar Mayer (meat product) instead. Like, what's this doing here?"
On Monday night the Oscar winner joined co-star Robert Downey Jr on the red carpet in Los Angeles for the premiere of their new movie The Soloist.
