Jack Black does kung-fu in the studio whilst record for Kung Fu Panda 2.
The actor is once again lending his voice to the character of Po, three years after the original hit the big screen.
And while it may only be his voice on show the actor admits that he gets very into the role - just as if he was filming a regular part.
Speaking to Lorraine on ITV1 the actor said: "I approached it the same as any of my roles - I really put myself into it.
"And if my character is doing kung fu on the screen, even though it's just my voice they're using, I'll do some kung fu in the studio because I want it to match the intensity of the animated character.
"It's a work-out, it's better than aerobics."
Kung Fu Panda 2 is the first film for Black since Gulliver's Travels but he has a string of projects in the pipeline including The Big Year, The Muppets and Bailout.
Kung Fu Panda 2 is released 10th June.
