Ice Age 4: Continental Drift has topped the UK box office despite only being released in Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland.
The movie took £853,226 in it's limited release and it is the first movie to ever top the UK box office by taking less than £1 million.
The fourth instalment of the franchise is set to open in England and Wales later this month and the success looks set to continue.
Prometheus was up two places this week from last week's number four while The Five Year Engagement, the new comedy with Emily Blunt, stayed put at number three.
Men In Black 3 was down two places at number four this week while Snow White and the Huntsman was a none mover at five.
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter was this week's biggest faller as it dropped five places to six after being ousted from the top spot.
Friends With Kids, which marks the directorial debut of Jennifer Westfeldt, was new at number seven while Chernobyl Diaries was down one at eight.
Rock of Ages was a three place faller at nine while Matthew McConaughey's new movie Killer Joe rounded off the top ten at ten.
