Ian Somerhalder says that he would love to star in Fifty Shades of Grey with Angelina Jolie.
The erotic EL James novel has been the talk of the literary world so far this year and there are already talks of turning it into a movie.
Bret Easton Ellis has been linked with penning the screenplay for the movie and he has tipped Somerhalder for the role of Christian Grey in the movie.
Writing on his Twitter page Somerhalder said: "Id so love to be ChristianGrey w/you&Angelina Jolie.
"Ive only waited 10 years to do a movie w/u.Im grown up now-no worries."
We haven't seen Somerhalder on the big screen since 2010 as he has concentrated on the role of Damon Salvatore in The Vampire Diaries.
A whole host of stars have been linked with the movie with Scarlett Johansson being the latest actress tipped to land the role of Anastacia Steele.
