Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince remains top of the UK box office for a third straight week.
The film is the penultimate story in the Harry Potter franchise and has so far grossed in excess of $748 million at the global box office so far.
G-Force was the highest new entry on this week's chart opening at number two with a healthy gross of almost £2.5 million.
G-Force is the first 3D movie from Jerry Bruckheimer and boasts the vocal talent of Nicolas Cage, Sam Rockwell and Penelope Cruz.. Armed with the latest high-tech spy equipment, highly trained guinea pigs discover that the fate of the world is in their paws.
The Taking of Pelham 123, which sees John Travolta team up with Denzel Washington, was also a new entry at number three.
The Proposal slipped two places from two to three and there was also a two place drop for Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs which rounded off the top five.
Land of the Lost continues to be a disappointment at the box office as it could only manage to open at number six with a poor gross of just over £642 thousand.
And there were more new entries to come as Coco Before Chanel, which sees Audrey Tautou take on the role of the famous designer, opened at nine, there are already Oscar whispers surrounding her performance.
While Love Aaj Kal was another new entry at ten.
