Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 has remained the #1 movie at the UK box office, fighting off the challenge from new release Captain America: The First Avenger.
The final Potter instalment has become the second movie this summer to break the $1 billion barrier - following in the footsteps of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
The movie took a further £4.5 million in the UK over the weekend to comfortably hold onto the number one spot.
Captain America: The First Avenger is the third Marvel movie to hit the big screen this summer as Chris Evans takes on the title role.
After being deemed unfit for military service, Steve Rogers volunteers for a top secret research project that turns him into Captain America, a superhero dedicated to defending America's ideals.
The movie took £2.9 million in it's opening weekend but had to settle for second - pushing Cars 2 down into third.
Horrible Bosses was also down as it dropped a single place from three to four. Horrid Henry: The Movie and Zookeeper were the only other new entries as they opened at five and six.
Bridesmaids and Transformers: Dark of the Moon were this week's biggest fallers as they were both down three at seven and eight from last week's four and five.
The Guard continued to perform well despite being down two the movie made the top ten off of Irish box office sales alone.
Beginners rounded off the top ten this week having dropped two places from number eight.
