Harrison Ford has revealed that he would reprise the role of Indiana Jones if a fifth movie was to go ahead.
The actor returned to the role for the first time in almost twenty years in in 2008 when Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was released.
Since then there have been rumours and talk that a fifth movie for Ford, George Lucas and Steven Spielberg was in the pipeline.
In an interview with Cinematical he said: "If we find another story to do and we develop the character a little further and I get a chance to do another one, I'd be happy as pie to do it.”
The return of Indiana Jones to the big screen in 2008 was a huge success as it went on to gross over $786 million at the global box office, the highest grossing movie in the franchise.
Karen Allen also returned to the franchise as Marion ass well as introducing Shia LaBeouf as Indy’s son.
But away from the popular franchise Ford has two movies on the horizon in 2010: he joins forces with Brendan Fraser for extraordinary Measures before working with Rachel McAdams and Diane Keaton on Morning Glory.
