Gwyneth Paltrow has admitted that she is happy taking on supporting roles so she can spend more time with her kids.
The actress was back on the big screen at the weekend as part of ensemble movie Contagion, directed by Steven Soderbergh, which also included Matt Damon, Kate Winslet and Marion Cotillard.
And Paltrow is more than happy with taking on these smaller parts.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror the Oscar winning actress said: "I just had the summer off and with them and now they're back to school again. Then what I'll do is look for more interesting supporting-size parts.
"I haven't starred in a movie since I had my daughter seven years ago because it's too much. I would never see them and there's no point.
"So, if I get a good supporting part, it either means I do a few weeks of work and then I'm done, or it's two days this week, one day next week and so on. That's how I plan it."
And the actress will be back on the big screen in Thanks for Sharing, which also stars Mark Ruffalo and Tim Robbins.
Contagion is out now.
