Paul Greengrass looks set to be directing a Martin Luther King assassination thriller, Vulture have reported that he may be making the film about the lead-up to his assassination in 1968. The story so far is all mostly unconfirmed but rumours are that Greengrass is writing the script himself and it will follow Martin Luther King during his most stressful time and leading up to his eventual assassination during a civil rights speech. The film is talked about being produced at Focus Features and the casting of Martin Luther King will be a major role for whoever is involved. Whether this is all true or just hearsay, it's the kind of subject matter Paul Greengrass is expected to be involved in and Greengrass is also long overdue a new project. Keep your ears to the ground for this one. FemaleFirst - James Butlin
