Gemma Arterton has admitted that she was nervous about getting naked for her latest movie The Disappearance of Alice Creed.
The actress has left the big budget blockbuster behind, for now, to appear in the independent movie directed by J Blakeson.
And while Arterton recognised that it's all part of the job that didn't stop the nerves.
In an interview with Sky Showbiz the actress said: "It is nerve-wracking. I loved the script and I said yes to it, so I was like, right, this is going to happen, I'm going to do it, and both the boys had to do it too get naked, and I'm going to commit to it and I'm not going to complain.
"Otherwise I wouldn't say yes to the job in the first place.
""I think it's like doing a love scene or a kissing scene, any scene that's weird, you just have to get on with it, it's part of the job.
"And if it's necessary, which it is in this film, it's weird. We all have to do weird things in our jobs."
The Disappearance of Alice Creed is out now.
