Gemma Arterton says she felt 'mummified' at time whilst shooting her latest movie.
The actress is back on our screens as she takes the lead role in the low budget movie The Disappearance of Alice Creed.
Arterton, who shot to fame in St Trinian's and Quantum of Solace, admits that it was a tough shoot yet she trusted everyone that she worked with.
Speaking to Digital Spy the actress said: "There were times when it did get a bit much," said Arterton. "Like a bit when I was wrapped up - like mummification.
"It was a bit weird because I also had a gag in - but it was a really trustworthy situation."
"I never felt at any point like I was being taken advantage of or anything bad was going to happen I was in such good hands and trusted everyone so much.
"I remember on the first couple of days I was like 'yeah, put the gag on tight!' and then I was like 'actually, no'. It tasted horrible. It tasted like Listerine."
Directed by J Blakeson the movie follows two men, played by Eddie Marsan and Martin Compston as they kidnap the daughter of a business man to hold her to ransom.
