British acting newcomer Gemma Arterton has been cast as the latest Bond girl according to the Hollywwod Reporter.The twenty one yera old actress recently starred in the latest St Trinian's movie alongside Rupert Everett and Colin Firth.She has been signed up to play a character called Fields in the currently entitled Bond 22 alongside Daniel Craig, who will be making his second outing as 007.Filming is already underway and the film is expected to pick up were Casino Royale left off and is loosely based on Ian Fleming's short stroy Risico. A November release is expected.The casting of Arterton follows the 007 tradition of choosing lesser known actresses for the iconic role as th Bond girl including Ursula Andress in Dr No and more recently Eva Green in Casino Royale.Last week it was confirmed that French actor Mathieu Amalric with the play the main villain however little more is known about the cast list and the plot.
