Gemma Arterton has revealed that she is excited about retuning to the character of Io in Clash of the Titans.
The remake was a huge box office success earlier this year and a sequel, in which Arterton and Sam Worthington are set to return.
Speaking to Collider she said: "Yeah. It’s always interesting, when you’ve done something, to revisit it ‘cause you have a different take on it.
"You remember the experience and can develop from there. It will be interesting. I really liked working with the actors, and hopefully I’ll get to work with Ralph [Fiennes] and Liam [Neeson] on this next one ‘cause I didn’t last time.
And the actress admits that she is keen to shoot in 3D as she is yet to experience that on a film set.
"Yeah, that will be interesting ‘cause I haven’t had that experience. I suppose that’s where film, or that type of movie, is going. I better learn about it quickly.
It was a good blockbuster year for the British actress as she went on to star alongside Jake Gyllenhaal in Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time this summer.
But her latest movie has seen her leave the blockbuster behind as she teamed up with The Queen filmmaker Stephen Frears for Tamara Drewe.
