Francis Lawrence will return to The Hunger Games franchise to direct the final instalment Mockingjay.
Lawrence has taken over from Gary Ross to helm Catching Fire, which is currently being filmed in the U.S.
The Hunger Games has been one of the biggest movies of the year at the box office but Ross decided not to return to helm the sequel.
Mockingjay is set to be split into two movies with the first instalment hitting the big screen at the end of 2014 and the second part coming twelve months later.
Jennifer Lawrence is set to reprise the role of Katniss Everdeen in Catching Fire while Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson will also be back.
But there will be some new faces on the cast list including Sam Claflin as Finnick Odair and Oscar winner Philip Seymour Hoffman asPlutarch Heavensbee.
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is released 22rd November.
