The cast and director of the updated fairytale cinematic treat Red Riding Hood have been chatting to FILMCLUB, the education charity and experts in film for young people, about making the new romantic fantasy thriller, which is released in cinemas on 15th April.
14-year-old FILMCLUB Young Ambassador Rebecca interviewed the leading lady Amanda Seyfried (Mamma Mia! Dear John, Letters to Juliet, Mean Girls) and the film’s heartthrobs Max Irons (Dorian Gray, Being Julia) and Shiloh Fernandez (Gossip Girl, Skateland) about their roles in the movie.
The teenager also interviewed the film’s director Catherine Hardwick - whose previous credits include the global phenomenon Twilight, about the challenges of making the film.
Rebecca said, "I've had a really amazing time and I've really enjoyed interviewing all the stars especially Shiloh and Max and I look forward to doing another one soon.
"I'm really excited to be a Young Ambassador for FILMCLUB because it means I'm given some amazing experiences and opportunities that wouldn't have been possible otherwise, which is an amazing privilege."
Red Riding Hood is an updated re-telling of the classic Little Red Riding Hood fairytale with added twists in the form of a love triangle and a village community haunted by the news that the wolf takes human form during the day.
