Emily Blunt sees Amy Adams as her biggest supporter as her former co-star often recommends her for roles.
The pair joined forces for Sunshine Cleaning in 2008 and the British actress claims that there is no rivalry between the pair, despite them often going for the same roles.
In an interview with Ok magazine the actress said: "I completely understand when one of them (other actresses) gets a role over me, or vice versa.
"Amy Adams and I are really good friends, and I think her manager said to her one day, 'You have to stop going into your meetings promoting Emily Blunt!' She was like, 'I know, but I think Emily would be better for (this part)!'
"So I don't really have much rivalry, or if there is any, I don't really know anything about it. Because, you know, I'm not around girls like that.
"The friends I have in the business, I'm always really happy for them. I think we're always happy for each other. That sounds crap, but it's true."
The actress is back on the big screen this week as she joins Benicio Del Toro and Anthony Hopkins in The Wolfman.
The Wolfman is just one of many projects for the actress this year as she also set to star in The Adjustment Bureau and Gulliver's Travels.
She is currently lending her voice to Gnomeo and Juliet, alongside James McAvoy and has Shoot The Messenger and The Girl in the pipeline.
The Wolfman is released 12th February.
