Don Cheadle is all set to replace actor Terrence Howard in Iron Man 2, the sequel to this summer's smash hit.Howard landed the part as Jim Rhodes, Tony Stark's best friend and the future metal superhero War Machine in Jon Favreau's superhero film that flew into cinema's earlier this year and was the surprise hit of the summer.Since Terrence Howard has announced that he is recording an album to launch a music career despite rumours of an Iron Man sequel circulating since the film's release and open ending.It's expected that the character of Rhodes will play a bigger part in the film which sees the director and leading man Robert Downey Jr return to the project.Don Cheadle made a name for himself in 2005 with the role of real life hotel manager Paul Rusesabagina in the critical hit Hotel Rwanda, a role which earnt him a Best Actor Oscar nomination.His most recent role is thriller traitor and he will next star in Hotel for Dogs.FemaleFirst Helen Earnshaw
