Denzel Washington has reveals that he big movie regrets are turning down Seven and Michael Clayton.
Washington has enjoyed a long and varied career that has seen him move easily between genres. But despite all of his success there are a couple of roles that he wishes he perhaps didn't turn down.
Speaking to GQ Magazine the Oscar winner said: "Seven and Michael Clayton.
"With Clayton, it was the best material I had read in a long time, but I was nervous about a first-time director, and I was wrong. It happens."
It has been a reasonably quiet year for Washington as we have seen him star in only Safe House.
But he has completed work on Flight and well as 2 Guns - both of which are due for release next year.
2 Guns sees him team up with Mark Wahlberg and James Marsden while Baltasar Kormákur is in the director's chair.
