Denzel Washington has revealed that he was unsure whether or not to reunite with Tony Scott for his new movie Unstoppable.
The worked together last year on The Taking of Pelham 123 and the actor admits he was concerned that it was another train movie.
Speaking to Empire magazine Washington said: "I wasn’t so sure to begin with. I said to Tony, ‘we just did a train movie didn’t we?’
"He said, ‘That was different. That was the subway. And you weren’t driving the train.’ I go to the office and he’s got 900 pictures of trains on the wall.
"He’s very persuasive. You leave the office, you’ve signed on and you don’t even know what happened."
Unstoppable, which sees him team up with Star Trek star Chris Pine, is the second film of the year for the Oscar winning actor after leading the cast in The Book Of Eli at the beginning of 2010.
Safe House is the next project for the actor which will see him team up with Ryan Reynolds and filmmaker Daniel Espinosa.
Unstoppable is released 12th November.
