Daniel Radcliffe has revealed that shooting Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was a tough challenge.

The Deathly Hallows is the final movie in the Harry Potter franchise and will see Radcliffe return to the central role for the last time.

Speaking to Empire Magazine the actor said: "It is the hardest film to do, absolutely," Radcliffe said. "I'm not sure anyone would disagree with me on that one.

“But as long as you equal that kind of toughness with you enthusiasm, then it sort of goes away.

"When the seventh book came out, David Heyman finished it a couple of days before I did. He rang up and said, 'How do you fancy playing Hamlet?'

“Not that I would ever say this is the same, because it's not. I think Hamlet's a lot harder. But yeah, it is a rollercoaster."

But the movie is being split into two parts to be released over the next two years, the first instalment reaching cinemas this November.
