Daniel Radcliffe was left disappointed after he filmed his first onscreen love scene - because the "sexy" moment he dreamed of never materialised.
The Harry Potter star stripped off for 2007 movie December Boys to get intimate with co-star Teresa Palmer - but he wasn't impressed by the experience.
He says, "Whenever you watch those scenes in films you always think, 'That must be so sexy to do and wouldn't that be amazing'.
"You wonder how those actors manage to control themselves. But when you're doing it and you've got people watching you, there is nothing sexy about it at all.
"It is not in the least bit exciting, no matter how beautiful the girl is."
However Radcliffe returns to the role that made him a star later this summer as the penultimate story in the Harry Potter franchise, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, hits cinema screens.
But we will be watching the boy wizard for the next two years as the final movie The Deathly Hallows has been split into two movies to be released in 2010 and 2011.
