Daniel Radcliffe is rumoured to be attached to a remake of All Quiet On The Western Front.
Filming on the final Harry Potter movies, Deathly Hallows for anyone of you that don't know, has wrapped and Radcliffe's stint as the boy wizard is over.
And while he is all set to return to Broadway next spring with To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying it seems a movie project is already on the horizon, and he was worried that he might have to go into panto!
According to Variety Ian Stokell and Lesley Paterson have already penned the script, which is based on Erich Maria Remarque's novel, and they will also produce the film.
Speaking to Variety Stokell said: "Daniel brings a vulnerability and innocence to Paul. When we realized how much he loved the script we were really excited because we know he can tap into the delicate balance between intensity and believability that is critical for this demanding role."
Remarque's novel was first adapted in 1930, the film went on to win Best Picture, and then again for television in 1979.
