Daniel Craig went on his most important mission over the weekend... to drop into Camp Bastion in Helmand to surprise British troops.
The troops were expecting to watch a special screening of Craig's latest movie Skyfall but got a huge surprise when the man himself turned up to introduce the film.
Craig then went on a morale boosting tour of the camp visiting medical staff at the Basion Role 3 Hospital before meeting troops in training.
Warrant Officer Class 1 Rob Ingham told the BBC: "We get quite a lot of visitors here, but having James Bond was special. He seemed to be pretty comfortable in the driving seat."
Skyfall is the third Bond movie for Craig and his first since Quantum of Solace back in 2008.
The movie is smashing box office records everywhere and has topped box offices around the world.
Skyfall is out now.
