Chris Pine has called the new Star Trek movie 'relentless'.
The actor is currently filming the sequel with director J.J. Abrams where he will be reprising the role of James Kirk.
And the actor reveals that this movie is going to be just as exciting and action packed as the first one.
Joking with Access Hollywood the actor said: "Of course I'm gonna tell you I think it's gonna be better.
"You pick up the characters from where they left off, and the development of the characters - I think - is just as exciting as the first one.
"And it's relentless. I think that's the best adjective I can use... It's just as action-packed as the first."
Simon Pegg, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin and Zachary Quinto are all also returning but there are some new faces on the cast list.
Benedict Cumberbatach has been revealed as the movie's baddie but who he will play has not yet been disclosed.
The movie will be released May 2013.
