Chris Evans has called the promotional work for Captain America: The First Avenger demanding.
The actor returns to a Marvel movie this summer - his first since starring in Fantastic Four back in 2005.
And while he understood what was required of him he admits that he struggles the pressure and expectation.
Speaking to Comic Book Movie the actor said: "In Fantastic Four they only wanted to talk to Jessica Alba, which is perfect for me, because if I had my way I'd never say anything.
"This movie, it's a lot more demanding as far as promotion is concerned, which is scary.
"I struggle with it at times, but Fantastic Four certainly helped break me in to understand the amount that was expected."
Evans takes on the role of Steve Rogers in the movie - which is directed by Joe Johnston.
Evans leads an all star cast that includes Hayley Atwell, Hugo Weaving, Stanley Tucci, Dominic Cooper and Tommy Lee Jones.
Captain America: The First Avenger is released 29th July.
