Charlize Theron admits that she did enjoy screaming at people in new movie Snow White and the Huntsman.
The Oscar winning actress takes on the role of evil Queen Ravenna in the Rupert Sanders' new take on the tale of Snow White and all the screaming made her tear a stomach muscle.
But the actress admits that the role was tricky because she had to work out how far she could take the character as well as finding a balance.
Speaking to MTV the actress said:"That's the tricky thing of the movie: Finding that line that you can walk where you're not going into camp-ville and you're also not going into 'please take me serious Marlon Brando acting-ville'.
"I did enjoy just screaming at people. I screamed so much at people, I tore a stomach muscle, which I had never heard of before."
The movie sees her team up with Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth and Sam Claflin while Sanders is in the director's chair.
Snow White and the Huntsman will be one of two major movies that we will be seeing Theron in this summer as she is also set to star in sci-fi epic Prometheus.
Snow White and the Huntsman is released 30th May
