Bruce Willis has revealed what it takes to be a great action hero.
Willis is back on screen in another action movie Red, which sees him team up with Helen Mirren, Morgan Freeman and John Malkovich.
And Willis has made a career out of being an action hero, John McClane being his most famous part, so he gave some very valuable tips.
Speaking to OK the actor said: "You can't take yourself too seriously. And with being an action star there's a handbook about heroism, whether it's a firefighter or a cop or anything. There's a set of values that come with it.
"You have to be a good friend, loyal and kind to animals. And kind to the director. You have to be brace and be able to cry on camera."
He then joked: "Plus you have to share your thoughts, but only at gunpoint. You also have to be a good shot. And maybe wear no underwear."
Red, which follows a bunch of retired CIA agents who try to discover why they are being targeted, is currently enjoying box office success both in the UK as well as the US.
Willis is currently filming The Cold Light of Day with Sigourney Weaver and has completed work on Catch.44 with Nikki Reed, Forest Whitaker and Malin Akerman.
