Brad Pitt admits that he would love to take on a real British character but thinks he would struggle with accents.
The actor has starred in British movies such as Snatch he has never tackled this type of character.
In a chat with director Guy Ritchie for Interview he said: "I've never done a proper Brit [accent]... I haven't really tried. It would have to be something specific.
"Irish is lovely for me. But Cockney? Too many people know it too well."
"You just have to get one misstep... That's an easy one to fall into caricature. Bad caricature."
The actor returned to the big screen earlier this month with his new movie Killing Them Softly - a film that has been winning over the critics.
And we are going to be seeing plenty of Pitt as he has completed work on Voyage of Time, to which he has lent his voice, World War Z, Twelve Years A Slave and The Counselor.
