Brad Bird has revealed that he would like to do another Incredibles movie but not until he finds the right story.
Bird directed the Oscar winning animation movie back in 2004 but he wants any movie to be as good as the Toy Story sequels.
Speaking to Digital Spy the filmmaker said: "I love the world and I love the [Incredibles] characters.
"I think the bar at Pixar is set very high with the Toy Story films. Either of the two sequels are just as good as the original.
"I would want any Incredibles sequel to be the same. If I can figure out a whole story that holds up I would be happy to do it."
Bird takes a temporary break from animation this Christmas as he moves into live action with Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol.
The movie is the fourth film in the Mission: Impossible franchise which sees Tom Cruise the return to the role of Ethan Hunt.
