James Bond is back - filming on the latest 007 adventure now has a release date.
Daniel Craig will return as the superspy in the 23rd Bond film, which will go before cameras later this year (11) and hit cinemas on 9 November, 2012.
The franchise was left hanging last year (10) when film studio MGM went into bankruptcy.
The new Bond film will be Craig's third.
Bosses at MGM and EON Productions have confirmed Sam Mendes will direct the unnamed action movie.
British actor Craig's last outing as 007 was in 2008's Quantum of Solace.
2011 looks set to be a busy year for the actor with the release Cowboys & Aliens, which sees him star alongside Harrison Ford, The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, in which he takes on the role of Mikael Blomkvist.
