Benedict Cumberbatch has admitted that he enjoyed his fight scene with Tom Hardy in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.
The two Brit actors find themselves throwing punches at one another in the adaptation of the John Le Carre novel - and Cumberbatch joked that that will be the only time that he could have a 'pop' at Hardy.
Speaking to the Press Association the actor said: "It was very enjoyable.
"He wanted me to hit him harder and I had to point out that I needed my hands for the rest of the day. Because he can take a bit of punishing Tom.
"And it's probably, let's face it, the only time I'm going to get to really have a proper pop at him, in his current form. So it was good fun."
Cumberbatch makes a great transition from TV to big screen this week as he takes on the role of Peter Guillam in the Tomas Alfredson directed movie.
And the Brit actor has some great movie projects coming up including War Horse, which was directed by Steven Spielberg and The Hobbit, in which he is set to voice the character of Smaug.
