Benedict Cumberbatch has admitted that he has gone up two suit sizes for his role in Star Trek 2.
The British actor is set to play the baddie in the J.J. Abrams directed sequel but they are yet to reveal which character he will take on.
However Cumberbatch has been bulking up for the role and has undergone quite a transformation as a result.
Speaking to ComingSoon the actor said: "I've gone up two suit sizes. The character I'm playing, he's strong.
"I can say that much. I've changed my physique a bit, so that requires eating like a foie gras goose, well beyond your appetite.
"Providing I don't feel too ill, I then work out two hours a day with a phenomenal trainer. It's the LA way."
With Sherlock Holmes, War Horse and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy the actor has been one of the busiest in the last eighteen months, as well as one of the most in demand.
He will also be appearing in the Peter Jackson's The Hobbit where he is set to voice the character of Smaug.
Star Trek 2 is the sequel to the 2009 movie and will see Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana and Simon Pegg all return.
Star Trek 2 is released next year.
