Avatar is still the UK's number one movie this weekend.
James Cameron's sci-fi epic temporarily lost the top spot to Valentine's Day but has returned to the top of the box office where it once again held comfortably held off the competition.
The Lovely Bones, which is Peter Jackson's big screen adaptation of the Alice Sebold novel, moved up one place this week from three to two.
The first of the new entries came in at three in the form of horror movie The Crazies, a remake of the George A. Romero movie.
Starring Timothy Olyphant and Radha Mitchell the movie follows the inhabitants of a small Iowa town suddenly plagued by insanity and then death after a mysterious toxin contaminates their water supply.
There was a two place drop for Disney's The Princess and the Frog as it moved from two to four. Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief was a non mover to round off the top five.
After topping the box office Valentine's Day was another faller this week as it dropped two places to six to fall out of the top five.
Romantic Comedy Leap Year, despite it's poor reviews, was the second of the new entries at seven.
John Travolta's latest film From Paris With Love opened at eight while A Single Man, for which Colin Firth won the Best Actor Bafta, was new at nine.
Invictus dropped one place to complete the top ten.
